Cancellation Policy:

We understand that circumstances may change, and sometimes projects need to be postponed or canceled. However, our time and resources are valuable. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation within 24 hours of booking: Clients are entitled to a full refund if they cancel their project within 24 hours of booking our services.

  2. Cancellation after 24 hours of booking: If a client cancels their project after 24 hours of booking, a cancellation fee of 30% of the project's total cost will be charged to cover the time and resources already invested in the project.

  3. Cancellation after project commencement: Once a project has commenced, any cancellations will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total project cost, plus reimbursement for any completed work up to the point of cancellation.

  4. Rescheduling: Clients are welcome to reschedule their projects at no additional charge, provided that they notify us at least 2 days in advance of the original scheduled start date.

  5. Emergency circumstances: In the event of unforeseen emergencies or circumstances beyond the client's control, we will assess cancellations on a case-by-case basis and may waive cancellation fees at our discretion.
